Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO Group, alongside Thai people through the COVID-19 crisis, support necessary medical equipment to The “Referral Center in Bang Khae, Bangkok” consists of thermometers, anti-viral PPE sets, anti-secret CPE sets, hygienic masks, face shields, medical gloves, foot socks and plastic shoe covers. This is to support the work of frontline medical personnel and staff who work in the referral center to be safe from caring for infected people.

Mr. Theparat Theppitak, President of EGCO Group, said that the COVID-19 outbreak continues to be severe. Thus, Referral centers play an important role in accommodating patients in their homes or communities. By separating the patient to stay, screening for symptoms and providing primary care to wait for further treatment at the hospital, the patient will pass the infection to family or community while remaining in bed. The Referral Center is also equipped with all aspects of patient care, including a team of doctors, nurses, volunteers and 24-hour security personnel. Previously, EGCO Group had supported medical equipment, including PPE kits and disinfectant alcohol, to the Referral center in Lak Si area, Bangkok.
