To keep staff, subsidiaries, joint ventures and suppliers on the same page, EGCO Group establishes the following approaches to ensure business ethics and prevent regulation violations and internal corruption.

Determine roles and responsibilities of legal and corporate compliance unit.

Provide channels and approaches to reporting any corruption or violation of business ethics/laws, give recommendations, and file other complaints.

Evaluate staff performance based on compliance to business ethics and legal requirements, as well as determine penalty for disciplinary action in case violation or corruption is found.

Encourage and educate stakeholders about business ethics and corruption prevention including directors, executives, staff, representatives of subsidiaries, representatives of joint ventures, suppliers, and external parties.

Encourage and support EGCO Group subsidiaries to apply for membership in Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption, “CAC”.
