Corporate Social Responsibility Governance

EGCO Group established a Community Development Working Group to promote participation in developing the quality of life for communities, as well as established a Community Development Working Group (Operation Level). This is to precisely manage and determine the approach of various projects and to protect and mitigate the impacts or risks related to the community and the environment, as well as co-creating business benefits so that the community can live sustainably.

The meeting is held once every quarter to monitor the work progress and report to management and the Board of Directors via the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee at least twice every year. As well as review, assess, and disclose information to stakeholders in accordance with the guidelines of national and international regulatory bodies once every year. Furthermore, EGCO Group assesses the performance of departments responsible for operations according to the community development plan by using relevant metrics in order to effectively monitor and promote such operations.
