Human Rights Policy

EGCO Group has prepared and disclosed human rights policy that complies with Thai and international laws and regulations regarding human rights protection
UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNDHR), International Labour Organization Conventions (ILO Conventions), and Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). EGCO Group is determined to prevent and protect its employees from discrimination and harassment, child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking. It also supports the employees to have freedom of association, right to collective bargaining, and fair working hours.
Furthermore, All levels of employees under EGCO Group’s business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures are required to operate with respect human rights approach. EGCO Group also encourages its business partners and contractors to maintain their operational standards to meet EGCO Group’s human rights guidelines.
