EGCO Group has continuously exercised employee engagement survey and take the results into consideration to improve working operations, capabilities development, as well as benefits and welfares to efficiently meet their requirements, and to ensure that all employees are working happily. Furthermore, EGCO Group’s employees can freely present their opinions to the management level through various channels, including establishing welfare committee and organizing Communication Day or President Town Hall, to provide opportunities for discussion between employees and management.
