EGCO Group, led by Mr. Thepparat Theppitak, and companies in EGAT Group, namely RATCH Group Public Company Limited, EGAT International Company Limited, and Inno Power Company Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cooperate on clean energy with the Ministry of Investment (MISA) by Mr. Fahad J. Alnaeem – Ministry Deputy for Investments Development to join forces to drive the transition from traditional energy on clean energy toward the Carbon Neutral goals of Thailand and Saudi Arabia

The signing of this MoU is a clean energy cooperation to transition from traditional energy to clean energy, including the electric vehicle ecosystem, providing operation and maintenance services and other related actions to meet the carbon reduction targets of the two countries.

Currently, Saudi Arabia has invested in a Green Hydrogen Plant with a capacity of 650 tons per day and a mega project like the Neom City of the Future that will be Smart City Technologies using 100% renewable energy throughout the city, including the use of EVs has been promoted with the country's EV manufacturing plants.

The signing of the MoU this time is an important gateway for doing business, investing and exchanging experiences, knowledge, technology and innovation with the government and private sectors of Saudi Arabia. This is also a great opportunity to develop strong partnership relationships.
