EGCO Group by Thai Pipeline Network Company Limited, a joint venture between EGCO Group and Power Solution Technology Public Company Limited, opened the service of "Khon Kaen Oil Terminal" under the project "TPN" to expand the oil pipeline system to the northeastern region. On September 5, 2022, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited held a welcoming ceremony for the official first oil truck of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited to enter Khon Kaen Oil Terminal.

The oil terminal service's opening is another proof of EGCO Group's business diversification from power generation to fuel and utilities, a related energy business. This will help strengthen EGCO Group's strategic direction in becoming a fully integrated energy business operator from upstream to downstream and increase the flexibility and balance of the EGCO Group's portfolio.

After the "TPN" project becomes a commercial service for the entire network, it will help reduce costs and increase efficiency in transporting oil to the Northeast, reducing traffic problems and road accidents. It also helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80,000 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year, which can be compared to planting up to 67,000 rai of forest and helps support the goals of a global society that is aiming for Carbon Neutral and reducing greenhouse gas emissions to Net Zero at the same time. Oil companies that are users of the TPN oil transportation pipeline and oil terminal can also use the numbers for reducing greenhouse gas emissions to calculate their carbon credits.
